It feels amazing when your business has steady growth. But, what if it doesn’t?

In the past six years of running my sustainable fashion business, we’ve been on both ends of the spectrum. There have been periods of incredible growth but there have also been times when our sales had become stagnant. 

Although it’s important to keep in mind that growth is a relative metric, and you should definitely not be comparing yourself to other companies at face value (i.e. Instagram followers, the amount of “likes” they have), it can still be worrying to have your growth slow down.
